Delivery Manager

Malaysia, Contract

The Delivery Manager works across admiral.digital and its affiliate or groups companies (the “Company”). You will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (Alec).

A Delivery Manager, is the leader responsible for maximizing the value of the products created by a scrum development team.

As Delivery Manager, you will work with clients directly, consult and strategize for their product development requirements.

You have the ability to think strategically and execute brilliantly and nurture these abilities in others. You have good organizational skills and attention to detail. You will ensure that Company’s professional standards are never compromised. To this end, you will ensure that systems and procedures are maintained, and that the business operates profitably, within budget and to the highest level of quality, efficiency, client service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Product management

  • You will take high level business requirements from clients, propose different solutions with their trade-offs, and deliver products through to completion.
  • You translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • You partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • You are responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
  • You work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • You turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
  • You prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
  • You lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
  • You will define product management workstreams and SOPs with the CPO.

  • You develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investments.

  • You are responsible for client and internal and external team communications around technology and products.
  • You maintain thriving internal and external relationships.
  • You are a thought leader within the Company and help other team members better understand product management; where needed you share past experiences to energise and motivate the team as a whole.
  • You have a “can-do” attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment.

  • You manage the financial viability of product delivery. 
  • You work closely with the internal product team and external development teams to maintain a balance between speed and quality of execution. 
  • You investigate, initiate, manage and direct new and better ways of working.
