The Technology Lead works across admiral.digital and its affiliate or groups companies (the “Company”). You will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (Alec).
You will directly manage a team of senior software engineers, being responsible for overall task planning, execution (including code reviews) and success of complex technical projects. You will work closely with both backend and frontend developers to ensure high quality and quick delivery of project milestones. Where required, you will setup, improve and document SOPs, define software architecture, write code and be hands-on with technical execution. You will lead the setup and expansion of the Company’s engineering and technology capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up efficient and modern development environments, researching and implementing innovative infrastructure and overseeing technical architecture and solution design for owned technologies for the Company.

You communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for direct client updates around technical project delivery.
